First order as a new customer based on positive reviews and general comments from people in the local area. Not disappointed either. They kindly delivered locally was within 3 hours of me calling in and having a chat with the guys at Harrogate. Not the norm I know, but clearly very helpful and appreciated as i was also expecting another bulk delivery of building materials the same time as their original offer of a next day delivery. I didnt want ton bags blocking my driveway. Business owner delivered in person and was incredibly friendly and used a pallet trolley to get as near to my gate as physically possible. I had a joke with the guy who served me in the shop earlier about how well packed and overfull there demo bag was in the show room. He assured me that my delivery would be the same. It was, full to the brim and then some. Probably another foot at least and more above. This more than made up for the slightly more expensive cost. Logs were all well wrapped and tied in a extended ton bag to protect from the weather should you need it protecting. I did not as today it was 20 degrees and no rain, but I could have left them safely bone dry on my drive for days if i'd needed to. Returnable bags as well which saves landfill waste, and then to add another little positive, a discount voucher off your third order, and one worth having. Not a fiver or tenner or twenty but £25. Finally the size and quality of the logs looked excellent, and assume will burn equally as well. Guys, my wife would tell you im a miserable Yorkshire bloke and it takes a lot to impress me, but 10/10 for you so far. Old school service, ethics and quality which I find sadly lacking in a lot of areas of customer service today. Highly recommend.
